Warranty Claims

The HOKA ONE ONE® warranty applies to footwear less than one year old from date of purchase. It applies to defective materials and workmanship. All items sent to HOKA ONE ONE® which are past one year from date of purchase will be returned to the customer.

Items not covered through our warranty process:

  • Products over 1 year old from date of purchase
  • General wear and tear
  • Abuse
  • Accidents

Warranties are meant to be processed through the location they were purchased. If you bought them from a shop, all you need to do is return them to the store they came from with your original receipt and explain the issue you have found.  The shop will ensure the Hoka's were bought within the last 12 months and then inspect them to determine if the damage is a factory defect rather than wear and tear.  From there to shop will handle the warranty process by providing a store credit or replacement (depending on the shop policy). This is the fastest way to resolve a warranty claim.

If you feel there is a manufacturers defect with your Hoka's that were purchased from ca.hokaoneone.com or an Authorized Hoka Dealer please follow the directions below.

Send an email to contact@hoka.ca with the following information:

  1. Your Name
  2. Mailing Address
  3. Email Address
  4. Phone Number
  5. Where they were purchased
  6. When the item was purchased
  7. A copy of the receipt
  8. A description of the problem with the footwear

Someone from our customer care team will be in touch with next steps within 3 business days.

It is recommended that you ship your footwear via a shipping method that provides a tracking number. Do not destroy the tracking information until you have received correspondence back from us.

Please note that Hoka ® only offers an exchange for product warranty claims once approved (no refunds will be issued) unfortunately we do not perform repairs.

Items returned for defect evaluation will be processed in the order they are received. Evaluations can take 1 to 3 weeks from time of receipt.

Exchange item will be shipped via Canada Post at no cost to the customer.
